a thing falls apart
new cars will arrive at the junk yard. corporations rise to great measures of wealth, and then bankrupt. these are two of numerous potential examples in our contemporary history, illustrating a process of existence. science has produced a nomenclature for these inevitable fates, defined in terms of entropy, the antonym of order. when energy is exhausted without replenishment, a system dependent upon energy, such as oil consumption, is then understood to possess an unsustainable model of function. ultimately resulting in breaking down. in philosophical terms, breaking down is an end all for our understanding of the journey of life. then again, there exists religious beliefs that propose a continuation from death. An example of this is entwined in ideologies such as heaven and hell, reincarnation, and the afterlife. simply put, human existence is positioned between two points, birth and death and along the path in between, many natural processes are observed, providing metaphors for life. here the concept of ephemerality comes to mind. ephemerality-a thing marked by a relative brief moment of time. this term is used to describe a component of existence, therefore fabricating a philosophical post to wonder the meaning of, to allow things fall apart.
this is where i begin to focus my thoughts, search for an understanding of, in no order other than to creatively explore, what it means to move within a dynamic space containing various potentials, fleeting though profound, points defined as, moments of falling apart.
1.entropy definition taken from himalayasaltcrystal.com online glossary – Measure of disorganization or degradation in the universe that reduces available energy, or tendency of available energy to dwindle. Chaos, opposite of order.
-in my research of terms and definitions, i enjoy looking to alternatives from standard texts. so it should be understood that the interest here is not in support of, or in any financial relation to, himalaya salt crystal. there is irony here too, if you read from the aforementioned business main page online, they market their product by describing the evolutionary history of its product.
